As of today, in fact, our systems have detected at least\u00a03500+ business accounts\u00a0<\/strong>registered<\/strong>\u00a0on our platform.<\/p>\n

Building on a previous analysis done in April 2018, it appears that these initial 3500+ businesses are mostly small and medium companies which are\u00a0seeking visibility<\/strong>\u00a0and that value the importance of being on a platform which focuses on the expression and\u00a0study of people\u2019s interests\u00a0<\/strong>(not by guessing them, but by asking them directly to all its users).<\/p>\n

From Makeup Artists to Small Retailers on CircleMe<\/h2>\n

Hence, among the many companies, we find ventures such as\u00a0The School of Makeup<\/strong>, represented by the tutor and blogger Sacha Parker (https:\/\/www.circleme.com\/sashaparker<\/a>). This user is taking advantage of the platform also by posting often relevant content on interest-pages about makeup, hairstyle, beauty tips and others, targeting specifically Circlers who are interested in such subjects. Excellent use of the platform, Sasha!<\/p>\n

Another fun example is by the company\u00a0Candy Fix<\/strong>(www.circleme.com\/CandyFix460775735<\/a>), which seems to\u00a0provide personalized candy boxes for anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Now, that\u2019s a good link to save, for some special occasions during which getting spoiled.\u00a0\"?\"<\/p>\n

But we also find\u00a0London<\/em>\u00a0restaurants, such as the Indian one\u00a0Miran Masala<\/strong>, right opposite the\u00a0London Olympia<\/em>\u00a0(www.circleme.com\/miranmasala<\/a>) or professional photographers studios such as\u00a0Cliik Studios<\/strong>\u00a0(https:\/\/www.circleme.com\/cliikstudios<\/a>), based in\u00a0Manchester<\/em>\u00a0and very active as well in terms of content-posts (as you can guess, related to\u00a0Photography<\/strong><\/a>, interest for which we have lots of engaged users).<\/p>\n

3500+ small and medium businesses are starting to notice and appreciate the value of having a presence on CircleMe, and\u00a0we honor this trust<\/strong>. For this reason, in these days we are working hard to offer new features to these users, including opportunities for businesses to leverage their presence on our platform. In the meantime, you will start to notice the\u00a0new icon \u201cBUSINESS\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0appearing on the user pages of these accounts, to facilitate recognizing such an account as soon as you visit their CircleMe page.<\/p>\n

Businesses can identify themselves as a \u201ccompany\u201d profile instead of a \u201cprivate user\u201d profile by accessing their own Settings page (https:\/\/www.circleme.com\/settings<\/a>). By selecting the \u201ccompany\u201d setting, businesses will be receive dedicated communication and special offers. In these days our team is closing up on our special features package which will be provided to any business account. More news on this coming soon!<\/p>\n

Concurrently, our team is working hard to ensure that the\u00a0user-experience for our many Circlers<\/strong>\u00a0will not be negatively affected by the comprehensible interest of businesses to reach out to our community of users.\u00a0Furthermore, and as important as the previous point, we want to make sure that the\u00a0precious data and intelligence<\/strong>\u00a0we extract from the interest-graph will not be affected by the biased behavior of business accounts, and so we are working on adapting our\u00a0algorithms<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0models<\/strong>\u00a0to take into consideration this new type of user.<\/p>\n
